Ingredients (serves 6):
For the dough:
- 500g puff pastry

For the custard:
- 1 egg
- 1/4 liter of milk
- 50 g sugar
- 35 g flour
- a packet of vanilla sugar

For the frosting:
- icing sugar
- A chocolate tile

Preparation of the recipe :


Roll out the puff pastry to about 3mm. Prick with a fork so it does not swell and then put in the oven of 6 or 180 ° C.
Meanwhile, prepare the custard:
Bring the milk to boil.
Meanwhile, in a bowl mix the egg, sugar, vanilla sugar and flour.
When milk is boiling, pour immediately into the bowl.
Continue cooking in the pan for a few minutes so that the liquid has the consistency of a cream.
When the pastry is cooked, and even dried out, cut it into three equal parts.
Roll out the pastry cream on a first layer of dough, then do the same with a second. assemble them.
Wait until the cake is cold to spread brush the glaze, made with lots of icing sugar mixed with a little water. Making a drawing with remaining glaze, mixed with melted chocolate tile.
