Add onions sauté a few minutes.Add the blended tomatoes, tomato concentrates and spices and vegetables (carrots and celery).I left to return everything to the sauce soaks spices.Add 1.5 L of water and the chickpeas and cook cover.When the meat is almost cooked you add the remaining vegetables (zucchini, potato and turnip). cooking continues.When cooked the seasoning is rectified (I add a pinch of cinnamon after cooking).
